Small retailers and shopkeepers in Tier 2/3 cities were heavily dependent on fragmented sourcing channels — local distributors, WhatsApp groups, or multiple apps — leading to inconsistent pricing, limited assortment visibility, and operational friction. There was no unified platform that offered transparent pricing, bulk buying confidence, and a seamless ordering experience without heavy onboarding barriers.

Designed a low-friction, discovery-first B2B buying experience where users could explore the platform without KYC, but were nudged contextually to complete verification only when needed. Simplified bulk ordering with clear per-unit pricing, tiered discounts, and trust markers, while structuring the journey to feel as intuitive as B2C apps. The experience balanced flexibility (browse-first) with compliance (KYC-gated transactions), enabling faster adoption and smoother conversion.
